Why we started
The wedding industry is built around the big day — grand halls, long guest lists, and budgets to match. But more and more couples are choosing something different: a micro wedding with their closest people, or an elopement that’s just the two of them and the water. We couldn’t find a single place that spoke to those couples, so we built one.
The Lake Michigan shoreline is one of the most romantic and underrated backdrops in the country — from the dunes of Southwest Michigan and the quiet coves of Harbor Country to the skyline sunsets over Chicago and the beaches north of Milwaukee. We’re not a booking giant or a national listing site — we’re shoreline locals who care about helping couples find the right spot and helping venue owners reach the couples who are looking for exactly what they offer.
